Returns & Replacements

We sincerely hope you never have to return a product. However, if required, we are here to help.

Damaged Product on Arrival

• If your order is received in a damaged condition, notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Email details to miryoku.pvt@gmail.com
• We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

Incorrect Product Received

• If you receive an item different from what you ordered
  • Inform us within 24 hours
  • Once the incorrect item is returned, the correct product will be shipped

Return Process (Updated Policy)

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Notify Us

• Email miryoku.pvt@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with:
• Photographs of the damaged / wrong / faulty product
• Invoice copy
• Image of the outer package with shipping label
• Clear unboxing video (or a downloadable link)

Unboxing Video is Mandatory and serves as proof of product condition at the time of delivery.

Step 2: Approval

• Our team will verify the submitted details
• Upon approval, the return or exchange will be confirmed via email

Step 3: Reverse Pickup

• A reverse pickup will be arranged from your address for:
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items
  • Manufacturing defects

Step 4: Quality Check & Resolution

• Once received at our warehouse, the product will undergo a quality check
• After successful verification:
  • Refund or replacement will be processed
  • You will be notified via email

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Us

We may cancel orders under certain circumstances and will notify you within 48–72 hours of order placement. These include:

• Product out of stock or unavailable
• Pricing or promotional errors
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Non-serviceable locations
• Requirement of additional verification

If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded.

Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
