Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver all products in excellent condition and within the shortest possible time.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are applicable only if the order value is below the minimum qualifying amount mentioned on the website.
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, lost in transit, or undelivered to your preferred location, the entire order amount including shipping charges will be refunded.
- If you cancel part of an order, shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
- If you return an order after delivery, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Timeline
- Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the order date.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Partners
All orders placed on miryoku.in are dispatched through trusted courier partners such as DTDC and FedEx.
Short Delivery / Product Not Received
- In case of short delivery (missing items or fewer items than ordered), customers must:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear images of the received items along with the invoice
- Requests must be sent to miryoku.pvt@gmail.com
- Investigation may take up to 10 days
- After verification, we will either:
- Refund the amount, or
- Ship the missing product(s)
Customers are advised not to accept open or partially opened packages. We reserve the right to approve or decline claims on a case-by-case basis.
